摘 要:为改善减速器系统的耦合振动响应特性,运用Masta软件建立了齿轮传动系统的模型;导入差速器壳体和减速器箱体的有限元模型进行耦合,并通过NVH(Noise,Vibration,Harshness)分析得到减速器各个工况的噪声瀑布图以及减速器各个工况的噪声切片图和动态响应曲线;研究了齿轮传动系统压力角、螺旋角和齿宽3个参数对动态响应的影响规律,并进行优化设计。结果表明,优化后的减速器系统各个工况动态啮合力减小,其噪声辐射均有大幅度下降,为减速器减振降噪设计提供了一定的理论依据。In order to improve the coupling vibration response characteristics of the reducer system,the model of the gear transmission system is established by using the Masta software.Secondly,the finite element model of the differential case and the reducer case is introduced for coupling,the noise waterfall diagram of the reducer under various working conditions is obtained through NVH(Noise,Vibration and Harshness)analysis,and the noise slice diagram and dynamic response curve of it under various operating conditions are further ob⁃tained.Finally,the influence of the pressure angle,helix angle and tooth width on dynamic response of the gear transmission system is studied and optimized.The results show that the dynamic meshing force of each operating condition of the reducer system after optimization is reduced,and the noise radiation is greatly reduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the vibration reduction and noise reduction design of the reducer.
