摘 要:混合动力专用变速器(Dedicated Hybrid Transmission,DHT)具有质量轻、总体尺寸小的优点,从而引起了广泛关注。混合动力系统具有多种不同的动力源,可以通过改变运行模式来应对不同的运行工况,以提高燃油经济性。在Matlab/Simulink平台搭建DHT转矩分配控制策略模型,以控制发动机最优输出转矩为核心,从而保证发动机工作在经济区间内;对中国轻型乘用车测试循环工况(CLTC_P工况)和世界轻型汽车测试循环工况进行了离线仿真。结果表明,实际车速与期望车速的匹配精度高,仿真模型可靠性强;CLTC_P工况下百公里油耗为5.74 L,比传统燃油车油耗节约36.33%。Dedicated hybrid transmission(DHT)has attracted wide attention because of its light weight and small overall size.The hybrid system has a variety of different power sources,which can change the operation mode to respond to different operating conditions,thus improving the fuel economy.The DHT torque distribution control strategy model is built on Matlab/Simulink platform to control the optimal output torque of the engine,so as to ensure the engine operating in the economic zone.Off-line simulation is carried out based on the test cycle conditions of light passenger vehicles in China and light vehicle in the world.The results show that the matching accuracy of the expected speed and the actual speed is high,and the simulation model is accurate and reliable.Under CLTC_P condition,the fuel consumption of 100 km is 5.74 L,saving 36.33%than that of traditional fuel vehicles.
