摘 要:目的:针对水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油目前存在的挥发油收率低、易乳化、品相差等问题,对提油药材、料液比、提取时间、提取温度、浸泡时长、回流量、冷凝温度及收集温度等影响因素进行了分析讨论,对各类有望提高挥发油收率及质量的辅助提取方法进行归纳总结,并对目前提取收集装置优化技术及挥发油的提取动力学相关研究结果进行研讨,以期为水蒸气蒸馏法提取中药挥发油工艺优化提供多角度的思路。In view of the problems existing in the extraction of volatile oil by steam distillation,such as low yield,easy emulsification,and product difference,the influential factors such as oil extraction materials,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature,soaking time,return flow rate,condensation temperature,and collection temperature were analyzed and discussed,and various auxiliary extraction methods that are expected to improve the yield and quality of volatile oil were summarized.The optimization technology of extraction and collection devices and the related research results of extraction kinetics of volatile oil were discussed to provide multi-angle ideas for optimizing the extraction process of volatile oil by steam distillation.
