江门市托幼机构传染病防控现状与对策研究

摘　　要：目的 了解江门市托幼机构传染病预防开展情况,进一步提高托幼机构传染病防控、卫生消毒管理。方法 2022年5—9月,通过对全市专职卫生保健人员开展问卷调查了解托幼机构传染病防控基本情况,并随机抽取辖区内18间托幼机构开展现场督导了解落实情况。结果 托幼机构建立传染病管理方案,卫生保健人员熟悉相关传染病知识及卫生消毒知识。但城镇与农村托幼机构在卫生保健人员配备、紫外线灯配备、保育员消毒知识比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 江门市托幼机构传染病防控措施总体情况较好,城镇托幼机构卫生保健人员、消毒物资配置较完善,下一步要加强托幼机构卫生保健人员抽查监管、紫外线灯整改、保育员技能培训工作。Objective To understand the implementation of infectious disease prevention in kindergartens in Jiangmen City,and further improve the management of infectious disease prevention and control,sanitation and disinfection in kindergartens.Methods From May to September 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted among full-time healthcare personnel to understand the basic situation of infectious disease prevention and control in daycare institutions.Eighteen daycare institutions within the jurisdiction were randomly selected to conduct on-site supervision to understand the implementation status.Results Nursery institutions had established infectious disease management plans,and healthcare personnel were familiar with relevant infectious disease knowledge and hygiene and disinfection knowledge.However,there were statistical differences between urban and rural childcare institutions in terms of staffing of healthcare personnel,UV lamps and disinfection knowledge among caregivers.(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall situation of infectious disease prevention and control measures in kindergartens in Jiangmen City is good,and the allocation of health care personnel and disinfection materials in urban kindergartens is relatively complete.The next step is to strengthen the random inspection and supervision of healthcare personnel in childcare institutions,rectify UV lamps,and provide skill training for caregivers.
