输血门诊开展贮存式自体输血的调查分析

摘　　要：目的 研究输血门诊开展贮存式自体输血(preoperative autologous blood donation,PABD)在临床的应用情况。方法统计分析2018—2022年天津市天津医院贮存式自体血采集情况、弃血情况以及2020—2022年输血门诊贮存式自体血采集情况。结果 2018—2022年贮存式自体血采集量呈上升趋势,有效节约异体血2 026 U(1 U=200 mL);2018—2022年贮存式自体血弃血量达57 400 mL,且呈上升趋势,与贮存式自体血采集量呈相同的变化趋势;2020—2022年天津市天津医院输血门诊PABD采集量分别占当年PABD采集总量的56.71%(83 300/146 900)、19.79%(24 900/125 800)、23.25%(51 200/220 200),有效节约异体血797 U。结论 建立输血门诊可有效提高贮存式自体血采集量,节约血液资源,拓宽血源,保障患者用血安全,对自体输血的开展起到积极的促进作用。Objective To study the clinical application of Preoperative autologous blood donation(PABD) in clinics.Methods The total volume of PABD collection and abandoned from 2018 to 2022,the autologous blood collection from 2020 to 2022 in transfusion clini cwere analyzed statistically.Results The collection volume showed an increasing trend from 2018 to 2022,effectively saving 2 026 U(1 U=200 mL) of allogeneic blood.The quantity of stored autologous blood abandoned reached 57400 mL and showed an increasing trend,which was the same as that of PABD.The PABD collected in blood transfusion clinic from 2020 to 2022 accounted for 56.71%(83 300/146 900),19.79%(24900/125 800) and 23.25%(51 200/220 200) of the total PABD collected in the same year,respectively,which effectively saved 797 U of allogenous blood.Conclusion The establishment of blood transfusion clinic can effectively improve the collection of stored autologous blood,save blood resources,broaden blood source,ensure the safety of patients' blood use,and play a positive role in promoting the development of autologous blood transfusion.
