摘　　要：目的:分析老年性白内障患者术后发生感染性眼内炎的危险因素,并提出相应的护理对策。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月—2022年4月福建医科大学附属第二医院眼科收治的178例老年性白内障患者的临床资料,采取单因素和多因素logistic回归分析老年性白内障患者术后发生感染性眼内炎的危险因素,并提出针对性护理对策。结果:178例患者中,共有20例(11.24%)术后发生感染性眼内炎,其中年龄>70岁、血清白蛋白水平<35 g/L、合并糖尿病、有开放性眼球外伤、有术中玻璃体溢出、手术时间>15 min是术后发生感染性眼内炎的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年性白内障患者在行手术治疗后,会受年龄、血清白蛋白水平、合并糖尿病、手术时间、开放性眼球外伤和术中玻璃体溢出的影响,发生感染性眼内炎。Objective:To analyze the risk factors of postoperative infective endophthalmitis in senile cataract patients,and propose corresponding nursing countermeasures.Method:The clinical data of 178 senile cataract patients admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of Fujian Medical University 2nd Affiliated Hospital from May 2020 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The risk factors of postoperative infective endophthalmitis in senile cataract patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression,and the corresponding nursing countermeasures were proposed.Result:Among the 178 patients,20 cases(11.24%)developed postoperative infectious endophthalmitis,among which age>70 years old,serum albumin level<35 g/L,complicated diabetes mellitus,open ocular trauma,intraoperative vitreous overflow,and operative time>15 min were risk factors for postoperative infectious endophthalmitis(P<0.05).Conclusion:After surgical treatment,senile cataract patients will be affected by age,serum albumin level,diabetes mellitus,operation time,open ocular trauma and vitreous overflow during operation,and infectious endophthalmitis will occur after operation.
