摘　　要：目的:研究康复综合治疗仪联合疏经通络推拿改善高龄二胎产妇泌乳功能及对乳房胀痛的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于三明市第一医院妇产科分娩的103例高龄二胎产妇开展试验,将其随机分为研究组(n=51)及参考组(n=52)。参考组予以常规干预,研究组则于参考组基础上增用康复综合治疗仪及疏经通络推拿。对比两组泌乳功能、乳房胀痛程度、子宫底高度、疲乏情况。结果:研究组开始泌乳时间短于参考组,血清催乳素、产后3 d总泌乳量均高于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组乳房胀痛程度优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院前,两组子宫底高度均低于产后2 h,且研究组低于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产后1、2、3 d疲乏程度评分均低于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复综合治疗仪联合疏经通络推拿改善高龄二胎产妇泌乳功能的效果显著,且能减轻乳房胀痛,促进子宫复旧,改善产后疲乏。Objective:To study the effect of rehabilitation integrated therapeutic apparatus combined with shujing tongluo massage on improving lactation function in elderly second-born parturients and its influence on breast distending pain.Method:A total of 103 elderly second-born parturients who in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Sanming First Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected to carry out the experiment.They were randomly divided into study group(n=51)and reference group(n=52).The reference group was treated with routine intervention,and the study group was treated with rehabilitation integrated therapeutic apparatus combined with shujing tongluo massage.Lactation function,degree of breast distending pain,fundus uteri height and tiredness condition were compared between the two groups.Result:The start time of lactation in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,the serum prolactin and 3 d after delivery of the total lactation volume in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of breast distending pain in the study group was better than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before discharge,the fundus uteri height in both groups were lower than 2 h after delivery,and that in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tiredness degree scores of the study group on the 1,2 and 3 d after delivery were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation integrated therapeutic apparatus combined with shujing tongluo massage can improve the lactation function of elderly second-born parturients,and can reduce breast distending pain,promote involution of uterus,and improve postpartum tiredness.
