摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是人类最常见的慢性感染细菌之一,感染了全球过半人口。其不仅是胃炎、胃溃疡、胃癌等上消化道疾病的致病因子,也与一些胃肠外疾病密切相关。骨质疏松是导致老年人致残、致死的主要疾病之一,其发生率日益增高,已成为影响全球人们的公共卫生问题,而Hp感染也可能是骨质疏松的危险因素。此外,细胞毒素相关蛋白A是Hp的主要毒力因子,它可引起全身炎症因子释放,与Hp导致胃肠外疾病密切相关。Hp与骨质疏松之间模棱两可的关系,可能是由于感染不同Hp菌株所致。本文就Hp和其细胞毒性相关蛋白A与骨质疏松的关系做一篇综述。Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is one of the most common chronic infections in humans,infecting more than half of the world's population.It is not only a pathogenic factor of upper digestive tract diseases such as gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric cancer,but also closely related to some parenteral diseases.Osteoporosis is one of the major diseases that lead to disability and death in the elderly,and its incidence is increasing day by day,which has become a public health problem affecting people all over the world,while Hp infection may also be a risk factor for osteoporosis.In addition,cytotoxin-associated protein A is the main virulence factor of Hp,which can cause the release of systemic inflammatory factors and may be closely related to the parenteral diseases caused by Hp.The ambiguous relationship between Hp and osteoporosis may be due to infection with different Hp strains.This article reviews the relationship between Hp and its cytotoxic related protein A and osteoporosis.
