摘 要:全球沙漠化给人类社会带来巨大的影响,人们在长期实践中发现铺设草方格沙障是比较高效的压沙治沙方法。草方格沙障目前靠人工铺设,效率低下、劳动强度大、用工成本高。我国相关科研院所现已研发出多种草方格铺设机械装备,有草方格铺设机器人、大型立体固沙车、小型草方格铺设机械装备等,但这些机器设备或生产成本高,或适应性能差,或作业效率低。针对现有草方格固沙机械装备进行对比分析,基于散长草铺设、治沙装备稳定性和适应性等关键问题,阐述各种草方格铺设机械装备的优缺点,提出草方格铺设装置优化设计方法和改进思路。随着科技发展,未来草方格铺设机械设备将逐步实现数字化、智能化,草方格铺设将更加高效便捷。Global desertification has brought great impact on human society.It has been found in long-term practice that laying grass checkerboard sand barrier is a more efficient way to control desertification.Global desertification has brought great impact on human society.It has been found in long-term practice that laying grass checkerboard sand barrier is a more efficient way to control desertification.Grass grid sand barrier is laid by hand at present,which has low efficiency,high labor intensity and high labor cost.Relevant scientific research institutes have developed various mechanical equipment for laying grass checkerboard,including robot for laying grass checkerboard,large three-dimensional sand fixing vehicle,and small mechanical equipment for laying grass checkerboard.However,these machines and equipment have the disadvantages of high production cost,poor adaptability,or low working efficiency.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the existing grass grid sand fixing mechanical equipment.Based on the key issues such as loose grass laying and stability and adaptability of sand control equipment,it expounds the advantages and disadvantages of various grass grid laying mechanical equipment,and puts forward the optimization design method and improvement idea of grass grid laying device.With the development of science and technology,the grass grid laying machinery and equipment will gradually realize digitalization and intellectualization in the future,and the grass grid laying will be more efficient and convenient.Grass grid sand barrier is laid by hand at present,which has low efficiency,high labor intensity and high labor cost.Relevant scientific research institutes have developed various mechanical equipment for laying grass checkerboard,including robot for laying grass checkerboard,large three-dimensional sand fixing vehicle,and small mechanical equipment for laying grass checkerboard.However,these machines and equipment have the disadvantages of high production cost,poor adaptability,or low working effici
