摘 要:针对不良原材料导致的产品质量问题,提出制造商支付供应商额外检测费用和增设两道检验工序两种解决措施,构建包含供应商及制造商的二级供应链博弈模型,探究三种损失承担方式下整体和局部效用最优解。研究结果表明,通过制定合理的内、外部损失分配系数,这两种措施均可实现供应链整体和局部效用最优,且能够促进原材料质量改善及供应链有效运作。Payment of additional testing costs to the supplier and additional two testing procedures to the manufacturer was proposed to solve the product quality problems caused by defective raw materials.A two-stage supply chain game model including supplier and manufacturer was constructed to explore the overall and local utility optimal solutions under the three loss-bearing approaches.The results show that the two measures can achieve the optimal overall and local utility of the supply chain by establishing reasonable internal and external loss distribution coefficients,which can promote the improvement of raw material quality and the effective operation of the supply chain.
