摘　　要：为评估城乡居民基本医疗保险政策化解返贫风险及推动社会保障公平效果,基于中国家庭追踪调查(China Family Panel Studies, CFPS)面板数据,系统探究城乡居民医疗保险政策对贫困脆弱性的影响效果及其传导机制。研究表明,城乡居民医疗保险政策可显著降低贫困脆弱性,能较好缓解风险型贫困脆弱性,针对结构型贫困脆弱性的缓解效果并不显著。城乡居民医疗保险制度可通过促进收入增加和缩小收入差距等降低贫困脆弱性。Based on the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data of 2016 and 2018,the impact effect and transmission mechanism of urban and rural residents'medical insurance policy on poverty vulnerability were systematically explored to evaluate the effect of it in resolving the risk of falling back into poverty and promoting social security equity.The results show that urban and rural residents'medical insurance policy can significantly reduce poverty vulnerability,and can better alleviate the vulnerability of risk poverty,while the alleviation effect for structural poverty vulnerability is not significant.The medical insurance system for urban and rural residents can reduce poverty vulnerability through promoting income increase and narrowing income gap.
