摘 要:为研究饲料中添加不同浓度益生菌制剂后对南美白对虾(Penaeus vannamei)生长、体成分及营养指标的影响,采用单因子变量法设计4个组,益生菌制剂(主要成分为枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌复合物、乳酸菌以2∶1∶1的比例的混合发酵液)占饲料的重量分别为100、200、300、0 g/t,对南美白对虾(平均初始质量均为5.50 g)进行饲喂试验。结果显示,8周后,添加益生菌的试验组对虾体质量、成活率及虾体粗蛋白、粗灰分、粗脂肪含量均显著高于对照组,并且在益生菌浓度梯度处于200 g/t饲料时,对虾体各项指标的增长最为显著。结果表明内服益生菌对于南美白对虾体成分营养指标具有显著影响。In order to understand the effects of probiotics in feed with different concentrations on growth,body composition and nutritional indexes of the shrimp Penaeus vannamei,four groups were designed by single factor variable method.The probiotics(mainly composed of Bacillus subtilis,B.licheniformis complex and lactic acid bacteria in the proportion of 2:1:1)accounted for 100,200,300 g/t and 0 g/t of the feed.The feeding experiment was conducted on the shrimp(with the average initial mass of 5.50 g/ind.).After 8 weeks of growth,the results showed that the body weight,survival rate,crude protein,crude ash and crude fat content of shrimp in the experimental group with probiotics were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the growth indexes of shrimp was the most significant when the concentration gradient of probiotics was 200 g/t in feed.The results indicated that probiotics had a significant effect on the body composition and nutritional indexes of Penaeus vannamei.
