天津地区大口黑鲈反季节规模化繁育技术

摘　　要：为提升本地区大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)苗种供给率、促进渔民增产增收,开展了大口黑鲈反季节规模化繁育试验。通过温度调控、营养强化等手段分4批次培育亲鱼20734尾,并采用人工催产、自然产卵、工厂化集中孵化的方法生产水花苗种54385万尾;经实际统计和测算,试验期间亲鱼平均催产率为77%,亲鱼平均回收率为78%,受精卵平均孵化率为93%。通过效益分析得出:按单位体重计算亲鱼培育平均成本为5.2元/kg;水花生产投入平均成本为44.5元/万尾;生产水花的平均收益为218.6元/万尾。总结:影响大口黑鲈水花生产效益的主导因素在于水花的价位,所以应充分把握8—9月间的价格高位期,以实现利益最大化。In order to improve the supply rate of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)seedlings in the region and promote the production and income of fishermen,The experiment on the out-of-season mass-production spawning of largemouth bass was carried out.20734 parent fish were cultivated in 4 batches by means of temperature control and nutrition enhancement,and 543.85 million prophase larvae were produced by the methods of artificial ripening,natural spawning,and centralized industrial incubation.According to the actual statistics and calculation,the average spawning rate of parent fish was 77%,the average recovery rate of parent fish was 78%,and the average hatching rate of fertilized eggs was 93% during the test period.The results of benefit analysis were as follows:The average cost of parent fish cultivation was 5.2 yuan/kg.The average cost of prophase larvae production input was 44.5 yuan/10000 ind..The average income of prophase larvae production was 218.6 yuan/10000 ind..It can be cconcluded that the main factor affecting the production benefit of largemouth bass pre-larva was the price of the pre-larva,so we should make full use of the high price period between August and September to maximize benefits.
