摘 要:选取2011—2021年中国工业投入产出面板数据,采用基准回归模型实证检验数字技术创新对工业碳排放效率的影响效应。结果表明:数字技术创新可显著驱动工业碳排放效率提升;数字技术创新能力对制造业行业、西部地区及经济较发达地区工业碳排放效率的赋能作用更明显。进一步研究发现,工业生产效率、能源利用效率以及经济集聚是数字技术创新赋能工业碳排放效率提升的主要作用路径,且工业生产效率的中介效应更强。鉴于此,应当加快关键核心技术攻关,推进数字技术创新;制定针对性创新机制,推动工业体系智能化升级;促进“AI+工业”深度融合,提高工业生产效率,以推动工业碳排放效率提升。Select the China's industrial input-output panel data from 2011 to 2021,this paper uses the benchmark regression model to empirically test the impact of digital technology innovation on industrial carbon emission efficiency.Digital technology innovation can significantly drive the improvement of industrial carbon emission efficiency.The ability of digital technology innovation has a more obvious enabling effect on the carbon emission efficiency of the manufacturing industry,the western region and the developed regions.Further research found that industrial production efficiency,energy utilization efficiency and economic agglomeration are the main ways to improve industrial carbon emission efficiency enabled by digital technology innovation,and the intermediary effect of industrial production efficiency is stronger.In view of this,it is necessary to speed up key core technology research and promote digital technology innovation,formulate targeted innovation mechanism to promote the intelligent upgrading of industrial system,promote the deep integration of"AI+industry"and improve industrial production efficiency to promote the improvement of industrial carbon emission efficiency.
