具有季节性客流特征的旅游景区周边交通组织策略研究——以国家植物园地区为例

摘　　要：具有季节性客流特征的旅游景区在旺季和淡季时巨大的客流差异对周边交通设施的供给与交通组织提出了考验,如何缓解旺季时交通设施紧张以及减少淡季时交通设施空闲关系到景区的发展.为此,分析季节性客流旅游景区交通需求及供给特征,以国家植物园地区为例,梳理国家植物园地区现状交通条件和游客规模,剖析该地区交通存在的问题和症结;基于国家植物园和香山公园的历史游客量,预测该地区旅游高峰期道路需求和停车需求,分析该地区交通供需关系.结果表明,现状和规划条件下,道路和停车均不能满足极高峰交通需求.最终针对国家植物园地区不同客流情况提出交通改善建议,并总结具有季节性客流特征的旅游景区周边交通组织策略和建议.The huge passenger flow difference between peak season and off-season in tourist attraction with seasonal passenger flow characteristics challenges the supply of surrounding traffic facilities and traffic organization.How to alleviate the tension of traffic facilities in peak season and reduce the leisure of traffic facilities in off-season is related to the development of scenic spots.This article puts forward the characteristics of traffic demand and supply of seasonal passenger flow in tourist attraction.This article takes the National Botanical Garden area as an example to sort out the current transportation conditions and tourist scale in the area,and analyze the problems and cruxes of transportation in the area.This article predicts the road demand and parking demand during peak tourism periods in the region based on the tourist volume of the National Botanical Garden and Fragrant Hills Park,and analyzes the transportation supply and demand relationship in the region.The results indicate that under the current and planned conditions,both roads and parking facilities cannot meet the extreme peak traffic demand.Finally,according to the different passenger flow conditions in the National Botanical Garden area,the traffic improvement suggestions are put forward,and the traffic organization strategies and suggestions around the tourist attraction with seasonal passenger flow characteristics are summarized.
