摘 要:本文旨在丰富公路预防性养护技术,开发绿色低碳、舒适降噪、美观抗滑、经济耐久的新型预防性养护技术.通过对高黏常温精薄罩面技术进行研究,确定了NTAC-5专用骨架结构矿料级配,分析比对了NTR交联型常温复合改性沥青技术指标和性能优势,结合常温就地拌和摊铺施工和碾压工艺对混合料试验方法进行设计,并与空隙型超薄罩面混合料和A级微表处混合料进行路用性能比较.高黏常温精薄罩面结合了微表处简单、快速、环保的施工工艺优点和热拌超薄罩面混合料路用性能优势,解决了路面麻面、松散、裂缝、轻型车辙等路面病害问题.The purpose of this paper is to enrich highway preventive maintenance technology,develop new preventive maintenance technology with green,low-carbon,comfortable and noise-reducing,beautiful and skid-resistant,economic and durable,through the study of high viscosity normal atmospheric temperature thin-overlay technology,the NTAC-5 special skeleton structure ore gradation was determined,the technical indicators and performance advantages of NTR cross-linked normal atmospheric temperature composite modified asphalt were analyzed and compared,the mixture test method was designed in combination with the local mixing and paving construction and rolling process at normal atmospheric temperature,and the road performance was compared with the void type ultra-thin mask mixture and the A-class micro-surface mixture.The high-viscosity normal atmospheric temperature thin-overlay combines the advantages of simple,fast and environmentally friendly construction technology at the micro-surface and the performance advantages of hot-mixed ultra-thin cover material mixture,and solves the road surface disease problems such as hemp surface,looseness,cracks and light ruts.
