摘  要:提出了一种制备自清洁、耐腐蚀和防冷冻的疏水铝合金表面的方法。首先,将铝合金薄片放置于含金属镍前驱体和硬脂酸的溶液中,通过直流电沉积形成微-纳米尺寸的低表面能金属/金属氢氧化物,获得一级保护层;再利用石墨烯-聚合物前驱体制得三维网络状复合物进行表面改性,获得二级保护层。疏水涂层的微-纳米结构能截留空气,形成稳定的空气层,有效降低表面与外界的接触面积,形成物理隔离,从而达到保护金属基体的目的。经疏水涂层修饰后的5052铝合金表面对水的接触角大于90°,在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电流密度比未处理的铝合金降低了1个数量级,在-5°C下表面结冰的时间比修饰前推迟了约32 min。该方法操作简单,反应条件温和,耗时短,原料低廉,适合工业化应用。A method for preparing a hydrophobic aluminum alloy surface with self-cleaning property,corrosion resistance,and freezing resistance was proposed.Firstly,micro-/nano-sized metal/metal hydroxide composites with low surface energy are formed on aluminum alloy sheet by direct-current electrodeposition in a solution containing nickel precursors and stearic acid to obtain a first protective layer.Secondly,a three-dimensional reticular composite is prepared from graphene–polymer precursor for surface modification to obtain the secondary protective layer.The micro-nano structure of hydrophobic coating can intercept air,forming a stable air layer which effectively reduces the contact area between its surface and the medium in the environment,and form a physical barrier,achieving the goal of protecting the metal substrate.The 5052 aluminum alloy modified with hydrophobic coating had a contact angle greater than 90°with water,and as compared with the untreated one,its corrosion current density was one order of magnitude smaller in 3.5%NaCl solution,and the freezing time of water droplet on its surface was delayed for 32 min at−5°C.This method features simple operation,mild reaction conditions,short time consumption,and low-cost raw materials,and is suitable for industrial application.
