摘 要:高熵合金(HEAs)由于具有优异的力学性能、耐磨性、耐蚀性等优点,自发现至今便备受瞩目。高熵合金成本较高,常制成涂层来改善材料表面性能。本文简要介绍了高熵合金的概念和特点,以高熵合金涂层(HECs)的制备(主要包括激光熔覆、等离子熔覆和磁控溅射)和改性为主线,综述了该领域的发展现状,并展望了其研究前景。High-entropy alloys(HEAs)have attracted much attention since their discovery because of their superior mechanical properties and excellent wear and corrosion resistance.High-entropy alloys cost more and are often prepared as coatings to improve the surface properties of materials.In this paper,the concept and characteristics of high-entropy alloys were briefly described.The current state of the art in preparation and modification of high-entropy alloy coatings(HECs)were reviewed and the research directions in this field were proposed.
