摘  要:通过羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、海藻酸钠(ALG)与苯丙乳液(SAE)交联反应合成了一种改性苯丙乳液(SSC),辅以KH-550硅烷偶联剂改性贝壳粉(SP)等填料,制得一种改性贝壳粉-苯丙乳液(SP-SSC)涂料,对其保温性能及力学性能进行研究。实验结果表明,硅烷偶联剂改性后的贝壳粉在乳液中的分散性更好,增强了涂层的保温性及柔韧性。添加量为28.0%的SP填料与SSC乳液所形成的涂料的综合性能最佳,其涂层的导热系数低至0.118W/(m·K),隔热温差达10.2°C,耐擦洗性超过16000次,符合GB/T 9756–2018《合成树脂乳液内墙涂料》标准的要求。The styrene-acrylic emulsion(SAE)was crosslinked with sodium carboxymethylcellulose(CMC)and sodium alginate(ALG)to synthesize a modified styrene-acrylic(SSC)emulsion.The seashell powder(SP)modified by silane coupling agent KH-550 and other fillers were blended with the SSC emulsion,forming a SP-SSC latex.The thermal insulation performance and mechanical properties of the latex coating were tested.The results showed that the silane coupling agent modified seashell powder had good dispersibility in the SSC emulsion and enhanced the thermal insulation performance and flexibility of the latex coating.The SP-SSC latex prepared with 28.0%(mass fraction)of SP as filler showed the best comprehensive performance.The coated specimen had a thermal conductivity as low as 0.118 W/(m·K),a temperature difference as large as 10.2°C between the hot surface and cold surface,and a scrub resistance more than 16000 times,meeting the requirement of the GB/T 9756–2018 standard Synthetic Resin Emulsion Coatings for Interior Wall.
