摘 要:对磷化盘条生产线上酸洗产生的废盐酸进行资源化利用试验研究,分别采用氧化剂(过氧化氢或次氯酸钠)直接氧化和循环喷淋催化氧化法(以氧气为氧化剂,亚硝酸钠为催化剂)令其中的二价铁氧化成三价铁,考察了氧化剂投加量、催化剂投加方式、反应时间等因素对二价铁转化为三价铁的效率的影响。结果表明,对于氧化剂直接氧化法,过氧化氢和次氯酸钠虽然氧化效果较好,但投加量大,运行费用高;而循环喷淋催化氧化法中氧气及亚硝酸钠的用量均较小,综合成本低且安全可靠,在常温常压下反应5~6 h即可完成氧化反应,产生的三氯化铁能够达到标准HG/T 4672–2014《水处理剂聚氯化铁》对液体产品的要求。The utilization of waste hydrochloric acid produced from the pickling process in a steel wire phosphating plant was studied experimentally.The ferric ions in the spent pickling liquor were oxidized directly with hydrogen peroxide or sodium hypochlorite,or in a circulating spray catalytic oxidation tower by oxygen under the catalysis of sodium nitrite.The effects of oxidant dosage,catalyst feeding method,and reaction time on the conversion efficiency of ferrous ion into ferric ion were studied.The results showed that both hydrogen peroxide and sodium hypochlorite have good oxidizability,but their dosages are large,leading to a high operation cost.The circulating spray catalytic oxidation features small amounts of oxygen and sodium nitrite,low comprehensive cost,safety,and reliability.The oxidation reaction can be completed within 5-6 hours at normal temperature and pressure in the oxidation tower,and the liquid product can be used as a water treatment agent which meets the standard HG/T 4672–2014 Water Treatment Chemicals—Polyferric Chloride.
