摘 要:通过宏微观形貌观察、能谱分析、耐蚀性检测及复现试验,对镀镉45钢磷化憎水螺母表面黑斑的性能及形成原因进行分析。结果表明,黑斑处存在Ca元素富集的圆形絮状结晶。磷化槽边缘的“水垢”未及时清理而掉落磷化槽中,其中的Ca^(2+)参与磷化反应而形成圆形絮状结晶,宏观下呈现黑斑特征。The properties and cause of black spots appearing on the surface of cadmium-plated 45 steel nut after phosphating and hydrophobization were analyzed by macro-and micro-morphology observation,energy-dispersive spectroscopy,corrosion resistance testing,and recurrence test.The results showed that there were round and calcium-enriched crystals at the black spots.It was found that the scale-like matters formed at the edge of phosphating tank were not cleared duly and dropped into the tank.Hence some round and flocculent crystals were formed for the involvement of Ca^(2+)during the phosphating process,and black spots occurred macroscopically.
