摘 要:正弦波逆变电源输出受到瞬时值反馈不及时的影响,导致电源输出均衡性较差。为了提高正弦波逆变电源的稳态控制能力,提出基于数字信号处理DSP(digital signal processing)的正弦波逆变电源瞬时值反馈优化控制方法,建立逆变电源系统基本结构,构建三相级联H桥控制电路,并完成控制电路的构建及电源电路的设计。在零序电压的反馈调节下,实现电源电压的平衡控制和电压自均衡耦合调节,利用电压自均衡耦合控制器对正弦波逆变电源的输出功率进行补偿抑制;利用DSP技术对电源输出信号进行反馈处理,得到瞬时值反馈的控制优化算法;对逆变电源控制系统的软件及硬件进行优化设计,完成基于DSP的正弦波逆变电源瞬时值反馈优化控制。测试结果表明,使用该方法进行正弦波逆变电源控制的输出增益较高、控制稳定性较好、对电源输出的电流纹波抑制能力较强,提高了电源的输出质量。The output from a sine wave inverter power supply is affected by the untimely instantaneous value feedback,which leads to a poor output balance.To improve the steady-state control capability of the sine wave inverter power supply,an optimal control method of instantaneous value feedback based on digital signal processing(DSP)is proposed.The basic structure of the inverter power supply system is established,a three-phase cascade H-bridge control circuit is constructed,and the control circuit and power circuit design are completed.Under the feedback regulation of zero-sequence voltage,the power supply voltage balance control and voltage self-balancing coupling regulation are realized,and the output power from the sine wave inverter power supply is compensated and suppressed by using the voltage self-balancing coupling controller.The output signal of the power supply is processed by feedback using the DSP technology,and the control optimization algorithm of instantaneous value feedback is obtained.The software and hardware of the inverter power supply control system are optimized,so that the instantaneous value feedback optimal control of the sine wave inverter power supply based on DSP is completed.Test results show that under the control of the proposed method,the sine wave inverter power supply has a high output gain,a satisfying control stability and a strong current ripple suppression capability,indicating an improved output quality of the power supply.
