摘 要:无线电能传输技术具有灵活性高、安全、美观等优点,因而受到广泛关注和研究。传统线圈由于磁场分布不均匀,导致接收端在发生偏移时,互感系数发生变化,进而影响系统稳定性。针对上述问题,提出一种利用穷举推导抗偏移线圈参数的方法。该方法首先根据所需发射和接收线圈尺寸、线圈气隙,穷举出不同匝数和匝距的发射线圈。然后利用互感公式计算线圈发生偏移过程中的互感数值,并判断线圈发生偏移时互感是否稳定,最后通过筛选可以得到所需线圈的绕制参数。利用所提方法推导抗偏移线圈,计算时间较短,设计精度较高。通过实验验证,证明了所提方法的有效性。The wireless power transmission technology has advantages including high flexibility,safety and aesthetics,so it has been widely focused and studied.Due to the uneven distribution of magnetic field in the traditional coil,the mutual inductance coefficient will change when the receiving end is offset,thus affecting the system stability.To solve this problem,a method to deduce the parameters of an anti-offset coil using the exhaustive method is proposed.First,according to the required size and air gap of the transmitting and receiving coils,the transmitting coils with different turns and different turn distances are given using the exhaustive method.Then,the mutual inductance value in the process of coil offset is calculated by the mutual inductance formula,and whether the mutual inductance is stable under the coil offset is judged.Finally,the winding parameters of the required coil can be obtained through screening.The proposed method has advantages of a shorter calculation time and a higher design precision when it is used to deduce the anti-offset coil,and experimental results show its effectiveness.
