摘 要:深入探测公园绿地与居住用地的空间耦合模式及影响因素,是高效协同两者发展、营造高品质人居环境的基础。结合土地利用、POI等多源数据,借助空间聚类分析、地理探测器等方法,基于南京主城区街道单元,系统揭示2006、2012、2017、2020年公园绿地与居住用地的空间耦合模式,并探究其影响因素。结果表明:1)公园绿地的规模增长滞后于居住用地,古城区格局稳定,主城边缘变化突出;2)公园绿地与居住用地的空间聚集趋势波动性减弱,形成高水平耦合、低水平耦合、公园绿地主导、居住用地主导4种空间耦合模式;3)空间耦合受自然条件的核心支撑、规划政策的关键导向、邻里特征的辅助催化作用。相关规律有助于深化公园绿地与居住用地的空间耦合理论,为城市宜居环境规划与建设提供科学依据。In-depth exploration of the spatial coupling pattern and influencing factors of park green space and residential land is the basis for efficiently coordinating their development and creating a high-quality living environment.Based on multi-source data such as land use and POI,spatial clustering analysis and geographic detector were used to systematically reveal the spatial coupling patterns and influencing factors of park green land and residential land among street units in the central city of Nanjing in 2006,2012,2017 and 2020.The results showed that:1)The growth of park green space lagged behind that of residential land,and the pattern of ancient urban area was stable,and the edge of the central city changed significantly.2)The fluctuation of spatial aggregation trend between park green space and residential land decreased,which could be divided into four spatial coupling modes:highlevel coupling,low-level coupling,park green space domination,and residential land domination.3)Spatial coupling is supported by natural conditions,guided by planning policies,and assisted by neighborhood characteristics.The relevant laws are expected to deepen the spatial coupling theory of park green land and residential land,and provide a scientific basis for urban livable environment planning and construction.
