摘 要:为解决传统截流井难以实现对水质和水量的精准控制,容易引发污水排河和河水倒灌的问题,设计了基于物联网技术的智能型防倒灌自控截污系统。该系统主要由设备层、网络层和应用层组成。设备层主要包括STM32主控模块、多传感器模块、闸门和潜水泵控制模块等,可实现截流井中水质参数的自动采集、污水的自动提升和截污装置的自动控制。网络层主要包括嵌入式智能网关和云端服务器,既可以实现设备层数据的加密、上传和保存,又可以实现应用层控制指令的远程下发。应用层主要由云平台和微信小程序组成,可实现对多台截流井的数据统计、可视化展示、智能预警和远程控制。系统运行结果表明,基于物联网技术的智能型防倒灌自控截污系统通过嵌入支持向量机(SVM)等人工智能算法,能够实现水质预警和远程控制,可有效防止污水排河和河水倒灌,具有较高的应用价值。To solve the problem that traditional interceptor wells are difficult to realize accurate control of water quality and water quantity,which can easily lead to sewage discharge and river backflow,an intelligent backflow prevention and self-control interceptor system based on the Internet of Things technology is designed.The system is mainly composed of device layer,network layer and application layer.The device layer mainly includes STM32 main control module,multi-sensor module,gateandsubmersible pump control module,etc.,which can realize automatic collection of water quality parameters in the interceptor well,automatic lifting of sewage and automatic control of the interceptor device.The network layer mainly consists of embedded intelligent gateway and cloud server,which can realize the encryption,uploading and saving of the data in the device layer as well as the remote issuance of control commands in the application layer.The application layer mainly consists of cloud platform and WeChat applet,which can realize data statistics,visualization display,intelligent warning,and remote control for multiple interceptor wells.The system operationresults show that the intelligent anti-backflow self-control interception system based onInternet of Things technology can realize water quality early warning and remote control by embedding artificial intelligence algorithms such as support vector machine(SVM),and can effectively prevent sewage dischargand river backflow,which has high application value.
