摘 要:针对选煤厂煤泥水处理环节大多依靠人工经验、生产效率低等问题,进行煤泥水系统智能控制技术研究。首先,提出一种浓缩药剂加药量自动调节技术,建立加药量调节数学模型,以实时调整配药浓度及加药流量,降低药剂消耗。其次,提出一种浓缩机底流泵轮换补料自动控制方法,根据压滤入料桶液位高低及底流泵轮换使用周期,实现底流泵的自动投用。然后,提出压滤机自动结束进料、排队卸料控制技术,通过监测压滤机生产进程和滤液水流量等生产数据,实现压滤机自动结束进料和排队卸料控制。最后,提出一种煤泥水系统智能控制技术,实现影响煤泥水沉降效果的多参数联动逻辑运算,以均衡浓缩机工作负荷。煤泥水系统智能控制技术正式使用后,絮凝剂和凝聚剂药剂消耗量显著降低,压滤效率提高12%。该技术稳定了煤泥水沉降效果,有效提高了生产效率。Aiming at the problems of coal slurry water treatment link in coal preparation plant,which mostly relies on manual experience and low production efficiency,the research on intelligent control technology of coal slurry water system is carried out.Firstly,an automatic adjustment technology of concentrate dosage is proposed,and a mathematical model of dosage adjustment is established to adjust the dosing concentration and dosing flow rate in real time to reduce the consumption of chemicals.Secondly,an automatic control method of concentrator bottom flow pump rotation replenishment is proposed,which realizes the automatic commissioning of bottom flow pump according to the level of filter press feed barrel and the rotation cycle of bottom flow pump.Then,a filter presses automatic end feeding and queuing discharging control technology is proposed,which realizes the automatic end feeding and queuing discharging control of the filter press by monitoring the production process of the filter press and the filtrate water flow and other production data.Finally,a coal slurry water system intelligent control technology is proposed to realize the multi-parameter linkage logic operation that affects the settling effect of coal slurry water to equalize the workload of the thickener.After the coal slurry water system intelligent control technology is formally used,the consumption of flocculant and coagulant chemicals is significantly reduced,and the filter press efficiency is improved by 12%.This technology stabilizes the coal slurry water settling effect and effectively improves the production efficiency.
