摘 要:为研究不同来流角度下局部粗糙度变化和加糙位置对圆角柱体水动力特性的影响,本文利用Fluent对雷诺数(Reynolds number,Re)N_(Re)=3900时,直边和圆角加糙情况下不同粗糙度K S/D、不同来流角度θ的单圆角柱体绕流过程进行了数值模拟,给出并分析了柱体水动力参数、瞬时涡量以及时均流场的变化规律。结果表明,相比于直边加糙,在圆角柱体圆角位置采取加糙措施及改变粗糙度对柱体的水动力特性的影响更大。在圆角柱体圆角位置加糙时,随着K S/D的增加,柱体所受平均阻力系数(Average resistance coefficient)C_(d-ave)和升力均方根系数(Root mean square coefficient of lift)C_(l-rms)整体呈逐渐减小趋势,斯特鲁哈数(Strouhal number,St)N_(St)整体呈逐渐增大趋势,柱体后方负压值整体呈逐渐降低趋势。随着来流角度θ的增加,圆角加糙柱体的水动力特性同样有明显变化。本文研究结果可为相关工程设计提供参考。In order to study the effect of different local surface roughness and roughening position on the hydrodynamic characteristics of single fillet cylinder,the Fluent is used to numerically simulate the process of flow around the single fillet cylinder.The conditions include different roughness,different roughening position(straight edge,fillet)and different flow angles.The hydrodynamic parameters,instantaneous vortex and time-averaged flow field of the cylinder are analyzed.The results show that the roughening measures can get different effect on the hydrodynamic characteristics.Compared with the straight edge roughening,the effect of roughening on the fillet position is greater.For case of the fillet roughening,with the increase of K_(S/D) the C_(d-ave),C_(l-rms) as well as the negative pressure value behind the cylinder show a decreasing trend and an increasing trend of St.With the increase of flow angleθ,the hydrodynamic characteristics of the fillet roughed cylinder also have obvious changes.The obtained results can be a reference for related engineering designs.
