摘 要:针对混凝土在服役期间容易出现裂缝的现状,微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀(MICP)技术在混凝土修复领域得到了极大的关注,MICP技术可以有效地封堵混凝土裂缝,降低裂缝渗透率,修复混凝土裂缝及表面缺陷。本文以带有裂缝的标准混凝土试块为研究对象,采用COMSOL数值软件,建立了三维生物-化学-渗流模型,完成了注浆浓度、速率和次数对修复效果影响的分析。结果表明:当初始微生物浓度增加到原来的1.7倍时,注浆结束时碳酸钙生成量提高约1.6倍,渗透率下降约1.51倍;胶结液浓度变化对渗透率下降无显著影响;当注浆速率提升为原来的1.5和2.0倍时,碳酸钙的生成量分别提高1.24和1.38倍,渗透率分别下降0.58和0.66倍。在注浆效果影响因素中,注浆次数影响最大,其次是注浆速率,胶结液浓度影响最小。In response to the current situation that concrete is prone to cracks during service,microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation(MICP)has received great attention in the field of concrete repair,and MICP technology can effectively seal concrete cracks,reduce crack penetration,and repair concrete cracks and surface defects.In this paper,a three-dimensional bio-chemo-hydraulic model was established with standard concrete specimens with cracks,and the analysis of the effect of grouting concentration,rate and number on the repair effect was completed using COMSOL numerical software.The results show that when the initial microbial concentration is increased to 1.7 times of the original,the calcium carbonate production at the end of grouting increases by about 1.6 times and the permeability decreases by about 1.51 times.The change of cementation solution concentration has no significant effect on the decrease of permeability;when the grouting rate is increased to 1.5 times and 2.0 times of the original one,the production of calcium carbonate increases by 1.24 times and 1.38 times,and the permeability decreases by 0.58 times and 0.66 times,respectively.Among the factors affecting the grouting effect,the number of grouting times has the greatest influence,followed by the grouting rate,and the concentration of cementation solution has the least influence.
