摘  要:对热处理车间的信息化方案做出整体设计,信息化的热处理车间能够使车间管理人员在中控室把控车间的整体生产状态,包括设备的运行状态和车间的生产进度。PMC系统能够显示设备的实时状态,并记录各种重要数据如报警、温度等、工艺曲线、产品品质等,做到数据可追溯,严格管理设备的重要参数。ANDON系统通过LED屏幕显示车间生产状况,重要报警信息与品质问题,同时用声音提示车间人员重要的设备信息与呼叫信息。能源管理系统能够对车间能源进行综合管理与智能分析,降低能耗提高车间的生产效率。车间的信息化系统可以对接MES系统实现生产数据可视化,MES系统对接ERP系统,这样企业就能够实现生产流程的数字化,企业通过数据预测分析才能做出更明智的决策。Make an overall design for the informatization plan of the heat treatment workshop,which enables workshop management personnel to control the overall production status of the workshop in the central control room,including the operation status of equipment and the produc⁃tion progress of the workshop.The PMC system can display the real⁃time status of equipment and record various important data such as a⁃larms,temperatures,process curves,product quality,etc.,achieving data traceability and strict management of important equipment parame⁃ters.The ANDON system displays workshop production status,important alarm information,and quality issues through LED screens,while u⁃sing sound to alert workshop personnel of important equipment information and call information.The energy management system can compre⁃hensively manage and intelligently analyze workshop energy,reduce energy consumption,and improve workshop production efficiency.The workshop information system can be connected to the MES system to realize production Data and information visualization,and the MES system can be connected to the ERP system,so that enterprises can realize the digitization of production processes,and enterprises can make more in⁃telligent decisions through data prediction and analysis.
