摘　　要：全过程人民民主是习近平总书记对中国式民主的新论述与新概括,是中国共产党对不断发展着的民主实践的理论建构,集中体现了中国式民主人民性、全过程性、高效能性的统一,具有超越西方民主的内生优势。从运行特质看,全过程人民民主实现了民主与治理的高度统合。从自我完善看,全过程人民民主不断健全容错纠错机制,是中国式民主健康有序发展的重要体现。逻辑上讲,全过程人民民主的人民性、全过程性、高效能性的统一为实现民主与治理的统合夯实了基础,通过日趋健全的容错纠错机制,推动中国式民主走向自我完善。对中国式民主内生优势、运行特质与自我完善的阐释是全过程人民民主研究的基本组成。The whole-process of people's democracy is a new discourse and summary on Chinese style democracy from General Secretary Xi Jinping.It is the theoretical construction of the CPC for the constantly developing democratic practice,which embodies the unity of the people,the whole process and efficiency of Chinese democracy,and has the endogenous advantages over western democracy.From the perspective of operational characteristics,the whole-process people's democracy has achieved a high degree of integration between democracy and governance.From the perspective of self-improvement,the continuous improvement of fault-tolerant and error correction mechanisms throughout the whole-process people's democracy is an important manifestation of the healthy and orderly development of Chinese style democracy.Logically speaking,the unity of the people-oriented,process oriented,and efficient nature of the whole-process people's democracy has laid a solid foundation for the integration of democracy and governance.Through increasingly sound fault-tolerant and error correction mechanisms,it has promoted Chinese style democracy towards self-improvement.The interpretation of the inherent advantages,operational characteristics,and self-improvement of Chinese style democracy is the fundamental essence of the whole-process people's democracy research.
