摘　　要：早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)严重危害女性身心健康,其病因复杂且大多不明。目前主要的治疗方式是以雌孕激素补充治疗为核心的综合措施。文章主要阐述POI的一般管理,即生育与遗传咨询、健康的生活方式(包括饮食、运动、睡眠、戒烟、限酒)、良好的心态与心理干预、定期体检等。Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a serious threat to the physical and mental health of women.The etiology of POI is complex and most of the causes are unknown.At present,the main treatment for POI is hormone replacement therapy(HRT)as the core of the comprehensive measures.This article focuses on the general management of POI,that is,fertility and genetic counseling,healthy lifestyle(including diet,exercise,sleep,smoking cessation,alcohol restriction),good mentality and psychological intervention,and regular physical examination,etc.
