子午流注法配合揿针治疗肿瘤病人化疗后呕吐的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析子午流注法配合揿针治疗化疗后呕吐的效果。方法选定本院住院治疗的92例肿瘤化疗呕吐患者,以双盲随机抽样法分为参照组和实验组(每组病例数共计46例),参照组采纳传统护理,实验组在参照组基础上采纳中医子午流注法配合揿针进行护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果实验组护理后呕吐反应发生率低于参照组,P<0.05(差异均有统计学意义)。结论子午流注法配合揿针可有效减轻肿瘤患者化疗后呕吐反应,提高生活质量,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the effect of meridian flow combined with acupuncture in the treatment of vom⁃iting after chemotherapy.Methods 92 patients with tumor chemotherapy and vomiting in our hospital were ran⁃domly divided into two groups by double-blind random sampling(46 cases in each group).The control group adopted traditional nursing.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group adopted the meridian flow method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture for nursing intervention,and the nursing ef⁃fects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of vomiting after nursing in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meridian flow combined with acupunc⁃ture can effectively reduce vomiting and improve the quality of life of tumor patients after chemotherapy,which can be used for reference.
