一例气管支气管淀粉样变合并呼吸道烧伤患者的护理体会

摘　　要：泰州市人民医院2020年7月收治1例61岁气管支气管淀粉样变合并呼吸道烧伤的女性患者,在创面护理、营养支持、体液管理的基础上,加强气道护理。针对患者罕见的基础疾病,落实个性化的病情观察和护理,治疗一月余,患者康复出院。A 61-year-old female patient with tracheobronchial amyloidosis complicated with respiratory tract burns was admitted to Taizhou People’s Hospital in July 2020.On the basis of wound nursing,nutritional sup⁃port and body fluid management,airway nursing was strengthened.According to the patient’s special basic dis⁃eases,the implementation of personalized observation and nursing,treatment for more than a month,the patient recovered and discharged.
