摘 要:声音出版的概念,是针对有声出版实践中将声音作为文字内容的附加媒介,对声音出版价值认识有失片面的问题而提出的。声音出版强调诉诸听觉的声音既可以是知识与信息的内容主体,也可以是其呈现形式,着力于声音资源的充分发掘、存储、加工、生产与传播,以及声音特性的高效利用。留声机发明为声音出版登场创造了技术条件,此后随着媒介技术变革而出现的音像出版、有声出版、在线音频等,是不同阶段声音出版的实践样态。在出版深度融合、实施文化数字化战略的时代背景下,声音出版需要进一步深挖内容资源、优化市场配置、激发宣传功能、升级媒介技术、营造出版生态,实现技术、文化与产业的和谐健康有序发展。The concept of sound publishing is proposed against the practice of regarding sound as the appendant medium to written content,which results in the problem of the biased evaluation of sound publishing.Sound publishing emphasizes that sound can both be the content subject of knowledge and information as well as their form of presentation.It focuses on the utter exploration,storage,processing,production and communication of sound resources,and the efficient use of the features of sound.The invention of the phonograph provides technical conditions for the emergence of audio publishing,while the emergence of audio-visual publishing,audio publishing,and online audio with the change of media technology is the practice of sound publishing at different stages.Under the background of deep integration in publishing and the implementation of cultural digitization strategy,sound publishing needs to further explore content resources,optimize market allocation,stimulate the functions of publicity,upgrade media technology,and create a publishing ecology,so as to achieve the harmonious,healthy and orderly development of technology,culture and industry.
