摘  要:针对高速数据接收系统中传统电扫阵列瞬时带宽受限、数传速率难以进一步提升等问题,采用基于微波光子的“阵元移相+子阵真时延”光电协同多波束形成方法,利用光学真延时技术设计了Ka频段8通道二维扫描光电混合波束形成系统,通过稀疏设计进一步降低了系统复杂度。研制了单子阵64阵元规模的高速数据接收系统原理样机并进行了测试,结果表明在25.35~27.1 GHz工作频段无线信道条件下,阵列扫描范围为±40°,可同时形成8个波束;在QPSK数传体制下接收速率达1.5 Gb/s,误码率小于等于1×10^(-7),误差矢量幅度(Error Vector Magnitude,EVM)指标优于3%。相关工作可为多波束和大带宽的高速数据接收设备等提供技术支撑与参考。In response to such problem as limited instantaneous bandwidth of traditional scanning arrays,difficulty in further improvement of data transmission rate in the high-speed data receiving system,a two-dimensional scanning optoelectronic hybrid beamforming system with Ka-band 8-channel is designed using the“array element phase shifting+true delay of sub-array”optoelectronic cooperative multi-beamforming method based on microwave photons,as well as the optical true delay technology.The system complexity is further reduced through sparse design.A prototype of the high-speed data receiving system with the scale of a single sub-array and 64 array elements is developed and tested.The results show that under the 25.35~27.1 GHz operating frequency of wireless channel condition,the array scanning range is±40°,8 beams can be formed simultaneously,and the QPSK data transmission-reception rate can be up to 1.5 Gb/s.In addition,the bit error rate is≤1×10^(-7),and the Error Vector Magnitude(EVM)index is better than 3%.The relevant work provides technical support and reference for high-speed data receiving equipment with multiple beams and large bandwidth.
