摘　　要：常克教授认为紫癜性肾炎与“风、热、湿、毒、瘀、虚”密切相关。初期以“风、热”为主,失治、误治则易酿生“毒”邪,后期以“虚”为主;不同分期均易夹“湿”邪为患。而“瘀”既是脏腑、气血功能失调的病理产物,又是致病因素,贯穿紫癜性肾炎病程始终。本文基于“络虚邪瘀”理论,从病因、病机、治法等方面探讨常克教授运用补阳还五汤加减治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎孤立性血尿型经验。Professor Chang Ke believes that Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis is closely related to“Wind,Heat,Dampness,Toxicity,Stasis and Deficiency”.In the early stage,“Wind and Heat”are the main causes;if the disease is not treated or mistreated,“Toxic”evil will easily develop;in the later stage,“Deficiency”is the main cause;different stages are prone to“Damp”evil.“Dampness”is the main problem in different stages.The“Stasis”is not only a pathological product of the dysfunction of the internal organs,Qi and Blood,but also a pathogenic factor,which runs throughout the course of purpura nephritis.In this paper,based on the theory of“Deficiency of the complex and evil Stasis”,we discuss professor Chang Ke’s experience in treating pediatric Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis with isolated hematuria by adding and subtracting Buyang Huanwu Tang.
