摘　　要：明代医家陈实功著《外科正宗》,提出“疮疡全赖脾土”重要思想,贯穿于皮肤疮疡疾病全过程,而临床常仅以治疗环节重视顾护脾胃,忽略其在疾病全过程的重要意义。笔者紧扣“疮疡全赖脾土”重要学术思想,认为“脾胃虚弱”为发病之始因,“脾胃健运”为顺逆之关键,“脾胃调摄得当”为预后之重要因素。并从临床常见皮肤科疾病发病、治疗、预后、起居调护等方面切入探讨,在发病、诊疗思路方面当以顾护脾胃为要。Chen Shigong,a physician in Ming dynasty,wrote Waike Zhengzong and proposed the important idea that“Sore depends entirely on Spleen and Soil”,which is applied throughout the whole course of skin sore disease.However,in clinical practice,the Spleen and Stomach are often valued only in the treatment process,ignoring their importance in the whole course of disease.The author focused on the important academic idea that“sore depends entirely on Spleen and Soil”,and considered that the weakness of Spleen and Stomach was the cause of morbidity,the healthy functioning of Spleen and Stomach was the key to the development of disease,and the proper regulation of Spleen and Stomach was the important factor for the prognosis.This paper discussed the pathogenesis,treatment,prognosis and daily care of common clinical dermatological diseases,and considered taking care of Spleen and Stomach as the priority in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment process.
