解毒化癥汤对子宫腺肌病月经过多的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒化癥汤对瘀热互结证子宫腺肌病月经过多的临床疗效。方法:采用平行随机对照研究方法,将130例瘀热互结证子宫腺肌病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例,观察组给予解毒化癥汤口服,对照组给予散结镇痛胶囊口服,连续服用3个月。观察两组患者干预前后子宫各径线长度、CA125异常率、月经失血图(PBAC)评估月经量变化、月经过多发生率等指标。结果:观察组患者干预后子宫各径线小于干预前,亦小于对照组,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者血清CA125异常率低于干预前(P<0.05),亦低于对照组;两组干预后月经量积分均低于干预前(P<0.01),观察组患者干预后月过多发生率(21.5%)低于对照组(58.5%)(P<0.01)。结论:解毒化癥汤对瘀热互结证子宫腺肌病月经过多有较好疗效,能有效减小子宫各径线长度,减少月经量,降低月经过多发生率,降低血清CA125异常率,减缓疾病进程。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiedu-Huazheng Decoction in the treatment of menorrhagia caused by adenomyosis with syndrome of intermingled blood stasis and heat.Methods:A total of 130 patients were randomly assigned to the observation and control groups in this randomized and parallel-controlled study.Patients in the observation group received Jiedu-Huazheng Decoction while Patients in the control group received Sanjie analgesic capsule for3 month periods.Then the uterine size,CA125 anomaly rate,the menstrual volume evaluated by pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)method and menorrhagia rate were observed.results:The uterine diameterin observation group was lowerthan control group after intervention,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).CA125 anomaly rate in the observation group was significantly lowerthan that before(P<0.05),and it was lowerthan that in the control group.Afterintervention,the scores of menstrual volume in both groups were lowerthan before(P<0.01),and the incidence of Excessive menstruation(21.5%)in observation group was lowerthan that in control group(58.5%)(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jiedu Huaxia decoction has a good effect on the hypermenorrhagia of adenomyosis with with syndrome of intermingled blood stasis and heat.It can effectively reduce the length of each diameterline of the uterus,reduce the amount of bleeding volume,the incidence of hypermenorrhagia and the abnormal rate of CA125,therefore inhibit the disease process.
