摘　　要：该文以《猴痘诊疗指南(2022年版)》作为指导依据,对于猴痘病的流行做出关于中医学病名、病因和病机的讨论及疾病辨证治疗的认识与思考。该文提出猴痘病可归属于“痘疹”“湿热病”范畴。通过温病学的相关理论阐述其病机发展,采用卫气营血辨证方式进行辨证分型。根据病机发展过程提出辛凉清热退湿,清热解毒透疹,扶正养阴退邪的治疗方案。为中医临床对猴痘的认识提供一定的思路。Based on The Monkeypox Diagnosis and Treatment Guide(2022 Edition),this paper discusses the name,etiology and pathogenesis of the monkeypox epidemic in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as well as the understanding and reflection on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease.This paper suggests that monkeypox can be classified into the categories of“pox rash”and“Damp-Heat disease”.Through the related theories of febrile diseases,the pathogenesis development of febrile diseases was expounded and the syndrome differentiation method of Weiqi Ying Blood was used for syndrome differentiation.According to the development process of pathogenesis,the treatment plan of Xin,cooling,clearing Heat and eliminating Dampness,clearing Heat and detoxifying exhalation,Fuzheng,nourishing Yin and eliminating Evil was proposed.It provides some ideas for the understanding of monkeypox in TCM clinic.
