摘  要:通过红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱对玻璃试样进行结构分析,同时测试玻璃试样的高温黏度、退火点温度、应变点温度及析晶温度,综合分析探讨B_(2)O_(3)对无碱硼铝硅酸盐玻璃结构及工艺性能的影响。B_(2)O_(3)含量较低时,B^(3+)以四配位的[BO_(4)]存在,随着B_(2)O_(3)含量升高,满足[BO_(4)]形成之外的B^(3+)逐渐以[BO_(3)]的形式存在,[BO_(3)]含量增多,玻璃黏度逐渐下降;在B_(2)O_(3)含量(摩尔分数)为10.41%时,玻璃的析晶黏度最大。The structure of glass samples was analyzed through infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,while the high-temperature viscosity,annealing point temperature,strain point temperature,and crystallization temperature of the glass samples were tested.The comprehensive analysis explored the influence of B_(2)O_(3)on the structure and process performance of alkali free boroaluminosilicate glass.When the B_(2)O_(3)content is low,B^(3+)exists as a four coordinated[BO_(4)].As the B_(2)O_(3)content increases,B^(3+) that satisfies the formation of[BO_(4)]gradually exists in the form of[BO_(3)].As the[BO_(3)] content increases,the glass viscosity gradually decreases;When the content of B_(2)O_(3)(Mole fraction)is 10.41%,the crystallization viscosity of glass is the largest.
