摘 要:由于玻璃纤维制造行业引入氧化硼的硼钙石原料的价格上涨,导致玻璃纤维成本上升。减少E玻璃纤维成分中氧化硼含量,能够显著降低玻璃纤维的原料成本。基于此研究了在E玻璃纤维中降低氧化硼含量的几种配方,依据玻璃黏度的测量,分析了各配方对玻璃“熔融温度”、“拉丝作业温度”和“玻璃料性”的影响,确定了较优的降低玻璃中氧化硼含量的方法,同时该减硼方法能继续使用原有的生产工艺,保持玻璃纤维的稳定生产。使用该方法,每吨玻璃配合料可降低成本103.1元。Due to the increase in the price of boron oxide raw materials,the cost of E-glass fiber has increased.Reducing the boron oxide content in the composition of E-glass fibers can significantly reduce the raw material cost of glass fibers.Therefore,several formulas for reducing the content of boron oxide in glass were studied.Based on the measurement of glass viscosity,the effects of various formulas on the"melting temperature","drawing temperature"and viscosity-temperature characteristic were analyzed,and a better method for reducing the content of boron oxide in glass was determined.At the same time,the original production process could be continued to be used to maintain the stable production of glass fiber.By using this method,the cost of per ton glass batch can be reduced by 103.1 yuan.
