摘  要:随着新冠疫情的爆发,我国中硼硅药用玻璃良率较低、产能不足的缺点逐渐显露,中硼硅药用玻璃窑炉技术长期被欧美少数公司垄断。本研究根据中硼硅药用玻璃的熔化特点,并结合最新熔化技术,对中硼硅药用玻璃窑炉进行设计。主要结论有:窑炉采用全氧燃烧结合电助熔的单元窑型,应用池底鼓泡技术;烧枪密排分布有利于热量的传递,并能减少氧化硼的挥发;选用铂金供料道,有利于玻璃液温度的稳定;在工作池后端设置一溢料装置,排出表层变质玻璃液。With the outbreak of the COVID-19,the world's demand for glass pharmaceutical packaging materials has increased significantly.Borosilicate pharmaceutical glass is widely used for pharmaceutical packaging because of its excellent chemical stability,heat resistance and other excellent properties,and is also the best packaging material for vaccine injections.Although borosilicate pharmaceutical glass has a history of over a hundred years,it has long been technically blocked and monopolized by a few companies in Europe and America.China's borosilicate pharmaceutical glass started relatively late,with low yield and insufficient production capacity.Conducting the structural design of borosilicate pharmaceutical glass furnace will provide beneficial technical guidance for the construction and renovation of borosilicate pharmaceutical glass furnace,and is of great significance for promoting the development of borosilicate pharmaceutical glass in China.
