摘 要:通过对不同型号电熔高锆砖热膨胀率、体积电阻率、抗侵蚀及发泡等关键性能进行对比研究,选出性能最优的电熔高锆砖材料为产线窑炉的高效稳定运行提供技术支撑。结果表明:几种型号的电熔高锆砖热膨胀曲线基本一致,抗侵蚀性能及体积电阻率略有差异,基于实验结果对比分析,探索出性能最佳的电熔高锆砖材料。Through the comparative study of the key properties of different types of electrofused high zirconium bricks such as thermal expansion rate,volume resistivity,erosion resistance and foaming,the best electrofused high zirconium brick materials were selected to provide technical support for the efficient and stable operation of the production line kiln.The results show that the thermal expansion curves of several models of electrofused high zirconium bricks are basically the same,and the erosion resistance and volume resistivity are slightly different,and based on the comparative analysis of experimental results,the best electrofusion high zirconium brick materials are explored.
