摘  要:光伏玻璃窑炉运行前期,在正常的工艺条件下,窑炉不会出现严重的烧损问题,但在窑炉运行的中后期,熔窑大碹容易从砖缝处烧损形成喇叭口状小鼠洞并蹿火,采取普通热修方式效果差且寿命短,而频繁进行普通热修不仅会严重影响玻璃生产质量,还会造成辊伤等问题。采取大碹钻孔焊补的方法维修大碹喇叭口状小鼠洞,是一种新的焊补施工方式,可行性强,使用效果良好。At the early stage of the operation of the photovoltaic glass furnace,under normal process conditions,the furnace will not have serious burning problems,but in the middle and late stages of the operation of the furnace,the arch of the furnace is easy to burn from the brick gap to form a bell shaped mouse hole and burst into flames.The ordinary hot repair method has poor effect and short life.Frequent ordinary hot repair will not only seriously affect the quality of glass production,but also cause roll damage and other problems.The method of repairing the bell shaped mouse hole in the large arch by drilling and welding is a new welding method with strong feasibility and good usage effect.
