摘　　要：熔铸AZS池壁砖局部有聚集超量玻璃相成分,是玻璃窑炉运行的一个安全隐患。通过对熔铸AZS池壁砖严重的内在品质缺陷原因的研究分析,找出控制此类缺陷的方法,改进电熔砖浇注方法和优化砂型工艺,以提高电熔砖外观质量和内在品质,杜绝池壁砖聚集超量玻璃相,消除玻璃窑炉运行中的安全隐患。The excess glass phase component accumulated in fused cast AZS side wall block locally,which is a hidden danger in the run of glass furnace.The methods to control such defects were found through the research and analysis of the serious internal quality defects of the fused cast AZS side wall blocks.The appearance and internal quality of the fused blocks were improved,the accumulation of excessive glass phase in the side wall block was stopped,the potential safety risks in the operation of the glass furnace can be eliminated by means of improving the casting method of the fused block and optimizing the sand molding process.
