摘 要:氨分解制氢因具有投资小、运行费用低、操作简单等优点,而被许多玻璃工厂广泛采用。针对采用氨分解制氢的浮法玻璃工厂可能存在的液氨泄漏事故,应从设计、操作、应急等多方面加强管理,建立健全相关制度,制定全面有效的防范措施,降低液氨泄漏事故的发生概率,以减少事故产生的危害。Hydrogen production by ammonia decomposition is widely used in many glass factories because of its advantages such as low investment,low operating cost and simple operation.In view of the possible liquid ammonia leakage accidents in float glass plants using ammonia decomposition to produce hydrogen,management should be strengthened in aspects such as design,operation and emergency response,relevant systems should be established and improved,and comprehensive and effective preventive measures should be formulated to reduce the probability of liquid ammonia leakage accidents and reduce the harm caused by accidents.
