摘　　要：培养社会主义接班人是国际共产主义运动中一个重大的理论和实践问题。在西方实施“和平演变”,中苏论战的国际背景以及反修防修的国内背景下,毛泽东提出了培养社会主义接班人的思想。他明确德才兼备、以德为先是社会主义接班人的素质构成,强调与人民群众相结合的培养原则,把马克思主义理论学习和社会实践作为培养途径。毛泽东这一思想对当下具有重要启示:一是警惕意识形态领域的风险挑战,坚持把培养政治品德放在首位;二是加强马克思主义理论学习,提升社会主义接班人的理论思维能力和工作本领;三是贯彻与人民群众相结合的原则,注重在实践中锻炼社会主义接班人。Cultivating socialist successors is a major theoretical and practical issue in the international communist movement.In the international context of the implementation of"peaceful evolution"in the West and the Sino Soviet debate,as well as in the domestic context of opposing and preventing revisionism,Mao Zedong proposed the idea of cultivating socialist successors.He clearly defined the quality composition of socialist successors as having both morality and talent,and putting morality first.He emphasized the principle of training in combination with the people,and regarded the study of Marxist theory and social practice as the training channels.Mao Zedong's thought has important implications for the present:Firstly,to be vigilant against the risks and challenges in the ideological field,and to adhere to putting the cultivation of political morality as the top priority.Secondly,strengthen the study of Marxist theory and enhance the theoretical thinking ability and work skills of socialist successors.The third is to implement the principle of combining with the people and pay attention to training socialist successors in practice.
