摘 要:本文以T400防爆发动机平板型进气阻火器为研究对象,应用Fluent软件模拟不同工况下阻火器的进气压力损失以及不同缝隙率对阻火器进气压力的影响。结果表明:不同工况下阻火器进气压力损失呈正线性关系,且工况对进气栅栏压力损失的影响较大,随着工况的不同,进气流量的增大,阻火器的进气压力损失也随之增加;缝隙率对阻火器进气压力损失影响显著且呈负相关。且不同工况下阻火器进气压力损失随缝隙率β的变化趋势趋于一致,当β<0.2时,进气压力损失变化较快,随着缝隙率β不断增大,阻火器进气压力损失变化速度趋缓,慢慢趋于稳定。Taking the flat plate intake flame arrester of T400 explosion-proof engine as the research object,this study uses Fluent software to simulate the intake pressure loss of the flame arrester under different working conditions and the influence of different gap ratios on the intake pressure of the flame arrester.The results show that there is a positive linear relationship between the intake pressure loss of the flame arrester under different operating conditions,and the operating conditions have a significant impact on the pressure loss of the intake fence.With the increase of the intake flow rate under different operating conditions,the intake pressure loss of the flame arrester also increases;The gap ratio has a significant and negative impact on the intake pressure loss of flame arresters.Under different working conditions,the intake pressure loss of the flame arrester varies with the gap rateβ.The trend of change tends to be consistent whenβ<0.2,the intake pressure loss changes rapidly.As the gap rateβincreases,the rate of change in the intake pressure loss of the flame arrester slows down and gradually stabilizes.
