摘  要:研究为探索不同强度干旱胁迫对蛋白桑种子的影响,了解干旱胁迫下蛋白桑种子的萌发机制,筛选了若干大小均匀、籽粒饱满的蛋白桑种子作为试验材料,使用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液模拟干旱胁迫的方法,分别配置0%、1%、5%、10%、15%和20%六个梯度的胁迫液,通过观察并记录试验数据,从而探索蛋白桑种子在不同梯度胁迫液培养下的发芽势、萌发率、发芽指数、胚根长、活力指数变化。结果表明15%的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟的干旱胁迫对蛋白桑种子的发芽势产生促进作用。20%的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟的干旱胁迫对蛋白桑种子的发芽势、萌发率、发芽指数、胚根长、活力指数均产生较强的抑制作用,为进一步探索蛋白桑的抗旱机制提供科学依据。本研究为榆林地区发展蛋白桑产业提供数据支持及理论依据。s:In this study,in order to explore the effects of different intensities of drought stress on protein mulberry seeds and understand the germination mechanism of protein mulberry seeds under drought stress,several protein mulberry seeds with uniform size and full grains are selected as experimental materials,and polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000)solution is used to simulate drought stress.Six gradients of 0%,1%,5%,10%,15%and 20%stress solutions are prepared respectively.The germination potential,germination rate,germination index,radicle length and vigor index of protein mulberry seeds under different gradient stress solutions are observed and recorded.The results show that drought stress simulated by 15%polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000)promotes the germination potential of protein mulberry seeds.Drought stress simulated by 20%polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000)has a strong inhibitory effect on the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,radicle length and vigor index of protein mulberry seeds,which provides a scientific basis for further exploring the drought resistance mechanism of protein mulberry.This study provides data support and theoretical basis for the development of protein mulberry industry in Yulin area.
