非繁殖季节F1代乌湖杂交羊发情性状的研究

摘　　要：为了评价F1代乌湖杂交羊的发情性状及其杂交效果,试验选取了12只F1代乌湖杂交母羊作为试验动物、选择8只乌骨羊母羊作为对照。于非繁殖季节采用公羊试情法连续测定两个发情周期,检测其发情持续期、发情周期的特征。结果显示F1代乌湖杂交羊两次的发情持续期(34.18±2.15 h、34.56±0.90 h)均长于乌骨羊(33.10±0.69 h、33.54±1.09 h),但差异不显著(P>0.05),发情周期方面,F1代乌湖杂交羊(15.75±0.72 d)短于乌骨羊(16.5±0.73 d),差异不显著(P>0.05)。本研究结果表明F1代乌湖杂交羊在非繁殖季节的发情性状较乌骨羊没有显著改变。In order to evaluate the estrus traits of F1 generation of Wuhu hybrid sheep,12 F1 generation of Wuhu hybrid ewes are selected as experimental animals,and 8 black bone ewes selected as control.The duration of estrus and the characteristics of estrous cycle are detected by two successive estrous cycles of rams.The results show that the duration of estrus(34.18±2.15 h,34.56±0.90 h)of F1 Wuhu hybrid is longer than that of black bone sheep(33.10±0.69 h,33.54±1.09 h),but the difference is not significant(P>0.05).The estrous cycle of F1 Wuhu hybrid sheep(15.75±0.72 d)is shorter than that of black bone sheep(16.5±0.73 d),and the difference is not significant(P>0.05).The estrus traits of F1 generation of Wuhu crossbred sheep in non-breeding season has no significant change compared with that of Wuhu sheep.
